The 2021 Houston Cinema Arts Festival hosted the Texas premiere of WHETHER THE WEATHER IS FINE, at Asia Society Texas Center.  

After the screening, Karina joined the panel for a post show Q&A.  The film takes place after 2013’s Typhoon Haiyan devastates the Filipino coastal city of Tacloban, largely reducing it to rubble and follows three characters making their way towards a new future.  It is directed by Carlo Francisco Manatad (2021, 105 min, Philippines).
